brent wieand attorney photo.jpgBrent Wieand attended The Pennsylvania State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and minored in Natural Science. He later went on to earn a Juris Doctorate degree at Emory Law School. While in law school, he worked as a legal intern at the Allegheny County Public Defender's Office, the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office and the Internal Revenue Service. In addition, he served as a law clerk for a plaintiff's civil litigation firm in Atlanta, Georgia.

Mr. Wieand practices law at Ginsburg & Associates, where he focuses his practice on personal injury, medical malpractice, trip and fall cases, and product liability cases. He is licensed to practice in  Pennsylvania and New Jersey and has extensive experience handling personal injury cases in these states.

Brent resides in Center City, Philadelphia and is an active member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, The American Association for Justice, Pennsylvania Association for Justice, and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association.  He is a certified arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
